How do I stop wrist pain while gaming

3. Exercise your wrists to prevent pain

        There are many wrist exercises which prove beneficial for relieving wrist ache while gaming. Some of these are Wrist flexor stretch and wrist extensor stretch.

In wrist flexor stretch you have to do the following steps:


1.Broaden your arm before you with your palm up. 

2.Twist your wrist, directing your hand to the floor. 

3.With your other hand, tenderly curve your wrist farther until you feel a gentle to direct

 4. stretch in your lower arm.  Hold for no less than 15 to 30 seconds. Rehash 2 to multiple times

 In  wrist extensor stretch follow the following steps:


  1. Redo stages 1 through 4 of the stretch above, however start with your all-encompassing hand palm down.



      


 4. Maintain a good posture

        Maintaining a good posture can also help in reducing wrist ache while gaming.

 Sitting in a good position will not put stress on a particular area of your body. Thus it is very important to sit in a good position while playing games and maintain a good posture.


5. Listen to your body

         Gaming is might be very important for you whereas for some it may be a source of income but in the end we must take care of our body because " health is wealth". So first comes your health take care of your body.
